- Advised a renowned online gaming company in respect of statutory compliances for procuring and storing personal data and information of minor users from India.

- Advised a prefabricated structures innovator manufacturer and licensor on milestone and lumpsum payments permitted out of India as royalty and know-how fees, under the Foreign Exchange Management & Regulation Act, 1999 and the Industrial Development & Regulation Act, 1951.

- Represented a chemical products company in the matter of responding to a show cause Notice issued by the Foreign Investment Promotion Board over whether it's products qualified to be considered hi-tech items as described in Notification FEMA 20/2000 for the automatic approval route.

- Advised a prominent medical university on the requirements of having the "informed consent" of candidates to be enrolled as patients for clinical trials of a new drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, under norms prescribed by the office of the DCGI (Drugs Controller General of India).

- Represented a software encryption major in an investigation against it for alleged restrictive and other anti-competitive trade practices in relation to its industry standard proprietary technology requiring compatibility with PKI (public key infrastructure) devices.
